St James’s Square Pall Mall

A premier site and project managed and stripped out by Pro Site. The St James Square Pall Mall was a complete seven floor soft strip out project. All floors were cleared, removing from site 12mm full height glazed partitioning, ceilings, lighting and all the entire power installation. The AC system situate on the roof and split units on the floor were all degassed and removed/recycled.
