This retail park warehouse show room, now closed was completely stripped out back to incoming services. The unit left ready for a new tenant re-fit. Pro Site were tasked to strip out and remove all display settings, back of house storage and offices. Strip out and removal of all toilets, mezzanine floors, shop fitting fixtures and fittings. A complete strip out of jumbo stud partitioning and dry lined walls. All suspended ceiling and tiled flooring was removed. All power, alarms systems were removed. A clean slab to slab was left on handed over.
