Saffron Hill

These two office floors were partly stripped out, in preparation for a planned refit by Thinking Space.Strip Out were tasked to strip out and remove both kitchens, and all WC blocks with extraction. A complete strip out of the dry lined walls, part MF ceilings and carpet tile floor covering. The AC system were de-gassed, IT / comms room removed. All waste was removed via the passenger lift in our type specific waste cages. The passenger lift car was fully protected as was the walkway to the exit point. A clean site was handed over.
